These yoga blocks are very sturdy and high quality. Very functional for all yoga poses. The material is standard with very little slip. They help improve my posture while learning yoga.

I need to do toe raises in bare feet daily due to plantar fasciitis, and its amazing how hard it is to find a ledge that comes down BELOW the floor in order to do these (no, I don’t have any stairs whatsoever). But even with stairs, doing in bare feet they can slip and it’s not that comfortable. These are perfect! The foam gives slightly so that when I stand on them with my toes on edge, it gives me about a 1/2″ of depth support and I find myself doing the toe raises every day while brushing my teeth because these are now portable and I can do them anywhere! No excuses now!
