I’ve started hotworx workouts and they have a lot of postures on the knees. I had a total left knee replacement about 8 months ago that went sideways. I’m going to say I’m in my 40’s and it makes me mad. I can still barely feel over half of my knee and putting pressure on it hurts. I’ve been modifying the positions and using a towel folded up, but any wrinkles in it I can feel and it hurts. I got these in and didn’t realize the pack was 2 placed top to bottom. I used it for the first time this morning and it was a little stiff, but my knee rested right in it and was actually fairly comfortable. There was a position I needed the folded towel too, but honestly I was able to keep the towel to place behind my knee for added space for child’s pose and it was actually nice. Most of the workout I had no pain when trying to be on the knee! No pain meds before like I usually do and like I said I did realize about half way through that I was actually kneeling on 2 of the pads instead of 1 really thick one, but honestly it’s what I needed right now. I have the other 2 pack at home for house stuff.
