The size is worth the price. Fiber as we all know helps going number 2 haha. And these gummies did make it easier. The gummies were easy to chew and swallow and definitely did the job. Quality does go down after a couple of months, but other than that it worked great. Kept my energy level up too surprisingly

One serving of 2 tasty Amazon Basics gluten free fiber gummies yields 4 grams of soluble fiber. Ingredients are good, with fiber obtained from chicory root, and natural flavoring. The sweetness is from cane sugar, and of the relatively few additional ingredients, five are organic. Yes, use can cause gas, but if taken regularly, with plenty of water to reduce bloating, and with gummies taken a few hours before going to sleep, excess gas should be less of a concern. This product is a supplement to your amount of daily fiber. If you drink plenty of fluids and consume enough fiber daily you can prevent constipation rather than later trying to correct it. Lot of foods have fiber. Investigate fiber content of whole grains, nuts, beans, fruits, and vegetables. A quick and reasonably healthy breakfast might be one slice of multigrain whole wheat bread (3 grams of fiber and 5 grams of protein) with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter (an additional 7grams of protein and 2 grams of fiber), and a medium orange, banana, or an apple with skin, for an additional 2 grams of fiber. At only 6 grams of carbs and 3 grams of sugar, one serving of 2 of these fiber gummies is a good way to obtain an additional 4 grams of fiber each day. Drink plenty of fluids, consume additional daily fiber, cap it off with 2 fiber gummies in the late evening and your tummy and bowels should be much happier! Remember though—consistency is the key.

I have bad digestion and have been told to get a lot of fiber in my daily diet. These make it easy to do so. They’re really tasty (all the colors are delicious, which I don’t usually say), and they’re a good size and very soft and chewy, unlike some other brands. Some others give you a jaw workout trying to get them chewed up, but these disintegrate easily—they’re very soft.
I do believe the fiber they add has helped my digestion. Just from my own anecdotal experience, they might even be a little bit stimulating. I don’t think they have laxatives in them; maybe the fiber just gets me going. I’m not sure. But if you start taking them, maybe take a half dose on the first day to ensure you know how it will affect you.
I’d recommend these gummies because they’ve worked the best out of the ones I’ve tried. I’m not a fan of vitamin gummies but it’s HARD to get tons of fiber when you don’t eat a lot to begin with. And these are really tasty, so I think of them like my like treat of the day.

These are the only fiber gummies I have found that help! I ended up at the ER one night with an impacted bowel – so impacted that I could not even pee. Funny? Yes, but life-threatening just the same. After that night, at the suggestion of the ER nurse, I tried gummies that I could find locally. Not a great result. I found these on Amazon; they have no ingredients that irritate me, taste good, and THEY WORK! I take three a day and for the first time in my life, I’m regular! I do wonder, though, if they might cause the iodine-colored discoloration on the inside of my left wrist? Hah – I just realized that I must have bruised my wrist struggling with my stove the other day!!! All is well, especially with these great gummes!

First, I am not a medical professional of any sort so I will not be commenting on any medical aspects.
These represent a god value and an excellent way to ensure you get some addito0nal fiber in your diet. The taste is not bad, there is some aftertaste from the chicory root but nothing objectionable.
These have a minimal amount of sugar and a decided lack of artificial ingredients.
I find them useful and effective. Consult a medical professional before making any major change sin your diet or using a product such as this. Especially if you have had any sort of intestinal surgery or are being treated for any gastrointestinal conditions.

Not very effective. They taste good and are very easy to take . My innards are slow because of my medications. They are gentle but I can eat a handful without results. Maybe good for kids.
