Love the taste! I can see myself drinking this daily. Also love that it supports skin health in addition to gut health. Would recommend to friends and family.

I can’t speak for efficacy, but it is a not unpleasant beverage. When I open it, the smell brings a smile to my face. It definitely smells like strawberries, with a little extra oomph that I assume is the dragon fruit.
The flavour is a bit strong, so I have to mix it up with extra water. It dissolved nicely for me, and it goes down easy. There is a little bit of an artificial aftertaste, but it doesn’t linger too long. While it’s very tolerable and an easy thing to do for peace of mind, it’s probably not something I would drink for pleasure.

This Benefiber Prebiotic Fiber + Superfruits is a great idea, making it easy to get extra fiber and the benefits of various superfruits in all one. The flavor is strawberry dragon fruit. It is easy to prepare – just one scoop in at least 8oz of water. I mixed it up using a spoon. It does need to be consumed immediately. The flavor is fine, but it is something you want to drink fairly quickly. I found that it had a little bit of a Stevia aftertaste at the back of my tongue, but that the consistency was not at all grainy or thick. It was quite easy to drink.Â
The container has 25 servings of one scoop each. Each serving is 10g of carbs, 40 cal and 6g of fiber. The fiber content on this is great – better than other similar supplements. But, most of all, I love the added supplements that make this even more beneficial and reduces the other supplements I need to take. It contains various vitamins and minerals, pre-probiotic fibers, skin support powder blend and a botanical blend. Specifically, it has more than 100% of Vitamin A, C, D3, E, B12, Biotin and Pantothenic Acid. Other vitamins/minerals are supplemented at lower than 100%, but are still significant.
I’m finding this an easy way to get extra fiber AND eliminate other single supplements that I was taking – and I love the convenience of that!

Right off the bat, I have to say—I’m a big fan of this product! With so many powder mixes focused on greens and digestive health, I was absolutely thrilled to find one that offers those same wellness benefits and supports skin health. As I get older, skin health has become a major concern for me. Sure, I use topicals regularly, but being able to consume a daily powder that works from the inside out gives me real peace of mind.
And it’s Benefiber—we’re talking about one of the most trusted brands out there. Sure, I could try powders from some of the trendier, newer companies, but I’d rather go with a brand that has real experience—some actual skin in the game.

I think this theoretically might taste good to someone, but it was not me. I thought it tasted like fake strawberries with a side of bitterness. My daughter thought it tasted like old lady floral tea with undertones of gross. My husband thought it tasted like overly sugary dum-dums.
All three of us found it undrinkable for different reasons.
The regular benefiber is 5/5. This was a waste of money for me.
I wish benefiber had a variety pack where you could try the different products instead of committing to an entire jug of undrinkable slosh.

It tastes horrible, I have to chock it down as fast as I can. The after taste tastes like throw up. Sure it works, but at what coast? I would advise to get the flavorless ones.

Bought this along with the new Supergreens from Benefiber and both are delicious. Great taste and very easy to mix.
