I have used this product for over two years now and I have noticed a significant improvement in redness. While it does have a scent (that I don’t mind), it does not irritate my sensitive skin. My only complaint is the pump- every time I use it, it gets stuck and you have to pull it back up in order for it to work. I have dealt with this because the pros outweigh this one con, but it is annoying.

The product itself is great. I appreciate how gently this cleanses my skin. The problem is that when pushed down, the pump is struggling to rise and I have to manually with wet hands try to pull it up to dispense more. First world problem for sure but annoying nonetheless.

Used to use another brands rosacea redness relief facial cleanser for quite a few years. When I found out it was discontinued, there was a bit of a panic. I tried a few replacement to see what worked. I was very hesitant to try this one as it’s “lightly scented”. My face has never reacted well to scented products. But no problems with this one.
After some trial and error, this face wash is the one I decided will be the replacement for me. Works well, no irritation, and the price is better than some other redness targeted washes.
