No heavy scents or fragrances. It does have a bit of drying effect but I use the same brand lotion. This soap feels like it cleans very well. For me, there was no adjustment period for my skin. I had no reaction to it. It’s a great soap that’s salicylate-free.

Cleure soap is unscented and very gentle on your skin. Would be great to take on vacation instead of liquid soap.

Even without opening the wrapping I felt a strong odor–“fragrance” that was truly obnoxious to me, and not as advertised. I’ve loved other Cleure products that are fragrance free, but this was very disappointing
