I’ve tried a lot of different fat burners over the years but this one is different. It is not only at a great price point I love the fact that it doesn’t have proprietary blends where you don’t know what or how much of the ingredients you are ingesting. This stack is amazing and after taking the full 2month dose I lost about 26lbs in addition to moderate exercise. It does not make you feel jittery or upset your stomach. The nice thing is you just take it and forget about it and it does the work. Someday after eating a small breakfast and light lunch I would come home about 2 lbs lighter just doing the normal odds and ends at my job. This really is a good, healthy supplement at which price point you should give it a shot yourself what do you have to lose?

Before attempting a long cycle of this fat loss system, I fully researched all ingredients in both of the “Stim / Non-Stim” pills. I already knew most of the ingredients since many appear in my pre-workout powder for weight training. I decided to go for it. On the first day I weighed 165lbs, floating somewhere around 18% bodyfat. I’m a 54 year old male, 5’10”. Here we are, four orders and four months later. I’m now at 153 lbs, retained almost all of my muscle, and dropped to 12% bodyfat.
The results happened because I supplemented this fat burning stack with weight training 3x per week, and cardio 4x per week. I saw little change the first month, and it wasn’t until 6 weeks in, where I was able to notice the difference.
There are definitely ingredients here that don’t exist in my pre-workout, which naturally and gently curb my appetite. Huperzine A and Yohimbe extract may be the biggest contributors here. But keep in mind that most of the ingredients in the stim and the non-stim pills have inconclusive evidence about whether they aid in actual fat loss. I think the key here is that the alternating stack provides a mild appetite suppressant, which is absolutely the most important if you want to lose weight (and fat).
Here was how I take the stack. Note that you absolutely CAN NOT drink coffee along with the stim pills: 9am: 1 stim and 1 non stim, no coffee.
10:30am: Late morning coffee.
1pm: 2 stim in afternoon,
3pm: 1 non-stim , coffee
6pm: 1 stim, 1 non-stim before workout. No coffee (pre-workout is stim free)
9pm: 1 non-stim.
