If you are someone with gut issues or a traveler who is challenged with maintaining regularity, this is for you. Came across this in my Instagram feed and after getting the sample pack and my favorite flavor lemon ginger being out I bought this. It tastes kind of like a strawberry spa water. I drink this every morning and it immediately helped with regularity and improving bloat and other gastric issues. You may not notice it as much while you are taking it but I stopped for a few days and regretted it. Remember to stay hydrated when using anything like this or else you will have some issues with gas. It is a little pricy so I recommend starting with a sample pack and then the 15 to see if this works for you.
Info you didn’t ask for: I do not like the watermelon mint flavor. The mint is way too overpowering and is oddly sweet. Like drinking sugary toothpaste water.

I really, really enjoy this product! It’s contributed to a big positive change in my overall gut health since I started using it earlier this year. It doesn’t have the weird consistency of psyllium husk and it’s got apple cider vinegar and other ingredients that help promote digestive health. I find that I am overall less bloated and more regular since I’ve started taking this. The packaging is convenient for travel, and it tastes great. Go for the Strawberry Kiwi – its my favorite of the three options!

Ordered the Mango and it has a very good flavor. I use it in Vitamin water with a little cranberry-grape juice. It tastes good and works really well within minutes. Mild with no cramping. I take it along with a Linzess pill. I do this routine Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to insure my regularity.

Good for gut health and regularity. Flavor is not too great but you get used to it. Only downside is it’s extremely powdery and particles fly into the air when you open, can cause coughing and nasal irritation.
