    Vitamin K2 signals the body where to lay down calcium complexes. If you are deficient, calcium may be deposited in arteries instead of bone. Statins may reduce the amount of K2 available, therefore you should probably be taking K2 AND CoQ10 to offset the effects of statins.

    I started taking these K2 vitamins with my D3. At my next wellness check, my doctor was wondering my why my Vitamin D3 shot up so high. I told her I started taking these K2 vitamins along with the same D3 I’ve always been taking. As a result, she asked me to cut my D3 dose in half because the absorption of the D3 with this K2 was so effective.
