    Came brand new, and very quick.

    Could feel the moisture under my eye immediately and love it! The reason I give 4 stars is because the price is hard to really make sense of. I did notice more hydration and plumpness under the eye and loved the medal ball applicator you use to apply. It brings a coolness while reducing the tugging under the eye.

    If money was not a problem I would repurchase but at this stage of life I am searching for an eye cream that is more of a reasonable price.
