I’ve been taking the Nature’s Bounty Apple Cider Vinegar 480mg Tablets for a couple of months now, and I’m pretty happy with the results so far. One of the biggest reasons I chose these over liquid apple cider vinegar is simply the convenience—I really don’t enjoy the strong taste of the liquid form, so these tablets are a lifesaver.
I usually take two tablets with a meal, and I’ve noticed a slight improvement in my digestion. I used to feel bloated after certain meals, but since adding these into my routine, that discomfort has lessened. It’s not a dramatic change, but enough that I can tell a difference. I was hoping to find this supplement in a form that didn’t smell. I have never liked the smell of vinegar, so the strong odor does bother me. I just wash them down as fast as can.

I’ve tried these ACV tablets for a couple months now and discovered I only need to take one half an hour before bed. No more gerd or acid reflux. (When I’m not eating late [past 7:30, 5:30-6:30 is best] and not eating too much for dinner and especially not eating a lot of tomato based or high fat foods for dinner.) No more needing Pepcid, which can interfere with your stomach from absorbing nutrients from your food or vitamins. I have to take vitamins and minerals and Pepcid was working against them. Even though the doctor said it wouldn’t interfere with the vitamins, it does. I’m also taking an acidophilus tablet during the day. Trying to improve my gut health.
So, the taste, yes I taste it only a little. You need to drink a sip of water first (not have a dry throat to begin with) and then pop it in and guzzle it down with water quickly. I don’t always taste it if I’m quick. And the taste doesn’t last. Totally worth it. Start off slow, taking one a day. There’s a lot of contradicting info about when to take it: 20 min. Before or after you eat, on an empty stomach first thing in the morning, half hour before bed, etc. While experimenting, when you’re ready to sleep at night if you still feel gerd symptoms then pop a Pepcid if you are concerned about gerd. Hopefully you’ll figure it out and make it work for you. It might not work for everyone but I hope you get relief like I have.
For only needing one a day, occasionally 2, the price was great!!
