I love this product. It is one of the few supplements I have ever noticed their effect on my body. I used it for a few months for my trigger finger issue and the problem was gone forever. I’ve taken turmeric for years to help manage inflammation—I have an autoimmune condition, PCOS, and a neurovascular condition, so keeping things in check is pretty important. I’ve used a bunch of different brands, and this is the one I’ve stuck with for a while now.
What I like about it:
It includes BioPerine, which matters since I have digestive issues and absorption is always hit or miss.
The capsules are clean—no orange dust everywhere, no stained fingers. That sounds minor, but when you’ve dealt with it, you get it.
There’s no strong herb smell when you open the bottle. Some turmeric pills smell like a spice aisle exploded. This one doesn’t and it doesn’t taste like spice either.
The lid is easy to open. I’ve got joint pain and a weak grip some days, and I can still open it without needing help.
It seems to help with overall inflammation and mood. Nothing dramatic, but I feel worse when I stop taking it.
It’s not magical, but it’s consistent. And honestly, that’s more than I can say for most supplements.

I appreciate this brand of turmeric in terms of how well it works, as well as the pairing of added ingredients like curcumin, which is necessary to activate the turmeric. I wish it was not only less expensive (I understand I’m paying for quality/quantity), I also wish one service (3 pills) could be condensed into one pill, but I understand that doesn’t seem to be possible with this particular supplement, regardless of brand. When paired with the appropriate type of magnesium, these help my body feel great, my husband also takes this and agrees.
Sadly, these pills cannot be touched because they will stain any and everything! The packaging is TERRIBLE, always containing at least a couple broken tablets. The orange turmeric powder will stain your hands, clothes, bedding…anything it touches. You can wash your hands and clothing items but the stain immediately sets in and is difficult to scrub off/out. I thought I got a fluke bottle the first time I noticed this but the messy containers have been consistent with every bottle. Production/quality control really needs to step up their game! 🙁

I tried many things over a period of 6-7 years nothing worked with high expectation every time it was only disappointed, but this time there were no expectations on this product because I changed my diet in first place and just randomly ordered this and then after like 3-4 days I noticed that my pain is 95 percent gone, go for it guys

I’ve been taking this NatureWise Turmeric Curcumin for about 3 weeks now, and I’m already feeling less pain in my joints, especially in my knees. It’s a subtle but real improvement, and I’m hopeful the benefits will keep building over time.
The only downside for me is the size of the capsules. But taking one at a time works fine, so it hasn’t stopped me from using it daily. Overall, I’m happy with the results so far!
