No one will ever mistake this for a fruity beverage, but it’s the best electrolyte powder (of over a dozen) I’ve tried both in flavor (Mango only) and effectiveness (all the flavors I’ve I’ve tried). Every flavor is equally salty. This electrolyte powder is pretty expensive, but it’s the only one that I keep repurchasing.
MANGO – It took me about a week to get accustomed to the saltiness — now I love it and crave it. And from the start it was heaps better than the overt sweetness of almost every other electrolyte beverage I’ve tried. (The only other brand I really liked the taste of was some of the no sugar versions of Gatorade.) I was despondent when the Mango was out of stock. Now I’ll make a point of keeping an extra package in reserve.
PINA COLADA – I was able to drink this while the Mango flavor was out of stock, but I did not particularly enjoy it. I was able to finish it off by mixing it half and half with the Mango.
STRAWBERRY LEMONADE – This barely tastes of strawberry and the lemon tastes artificial and a bit metallic. My husband was able to tolerate it and rescued it before I tossed it into the garbage.

Great stuff. I’ve been using for approximately 6 months. I was buying the lemon-lime flavor which is also great. I start my day with a scoop and 16oz of water. Very refreshing and no fake sugar taste that you get in some products. I highly recommend trying this product for hydration!

I’ve tried several different types of sugar free electrolyte drink powders and so far this is my favorite! The ingredients are clean and hearty. No artificial coloring or flavoring. Definitely restores energy quickly after exercise and keeps hydration up during pregnancy! Very effective and worth the money. Just a small scoop goes a long way! The flavor is also very nice (I got strawberry lemonade).

CRANAPPLE 15/10… OH MY GOODNESS… I’m on carnivore and miss sweets..this flavor taste just like ocean spray. It’s sweet and tart.
Watermelon lime: 4/10. The flavor of this one is not very good. If you don’t like artificial flavor watermelon, this won’t be for you either. Only one I have to drink cold to be tolerable.
Pina colada is amazing !!! Sweet and reminds me of the white ish popsicles we had as kids 9/10
None of them desolve well, but not terrible. One scoop in 42 oz, any more is too salty. I typically put 4 scoops in a gallon and it does me good. So far I like this brand. Will update when I try more flavors
*They do not do returns so keep that in mind as well*

They taste good, they are effective, they just don’t dissolve very well. Easy to use tho and worth the money otherwise, I also like how it has coconut powder and uses redmonds salt, would give it a shot

Perfect solution for a busy nursing mama who’s conscious of her health! I would never stay hydrated without it! Taste is great, and keeps my supply up! Clean ingredients, works well, helps keep migraines at bay.

Best flavor out there – tried them all but this one is next level. My go-to for daily electrolyte dose and the ingredients are very clean!

Out of all the electrolytes, this brand tastes the best. I am a life-long athlete and this fuels me to proper functioning. During workouts, I do not get any muscle cramps and am fully hydrated.
The ingredients are all-natural. Combining this product with creatinine you will have an ultimate combination.

I used dr James’ recommendation to purchase these electrolytes and have been using every day since receiving
Great flavour also

Liquid IV is an expensive habit isn’t it?
I struggle to drink water, which sucks because I need to for certain medications I take (to avoid side effects). Then I found Liquid IV, my problems were solved, annnnd then I realized I’m spending an average of $1.75 a drink (12-16oz). That’s not sustainable at all. It’s so dang good but just nowhere near worth the cost.
This product (I now have a subscription so it’s ever so slightly cheaper) costs an average of $0.69 a drink (16-20oz). Wow.
When I had liquid IV, I used one per 16oz, with this product, I find the flavor to my satisfaction at 3/4 of a scoop for 16oz. (If I’m doing a full scoop it’s with more like 18-20 oz of water, I circled this in comparison to their suggestion on one of my images). This ratio gives me 75 servings versus the advertised 60 so it’s actually $0.55 a drink. Liquid IV assuming 50 servings a month (how much I had-ish) would equate too $88 a month versus $28 a month for this product. ($1050 a year versus $330) And I bet I drink this more than most people would lol so it’s just so much more cost effective.
For the price differential I expected to HATE these, but honestly it’s super similar to the lemon lime flavor of the sugar free Liquid IV. It takes ever so slightly more effort to dissolve and the little salt pieces that I tried to capture in that video don’t really entirely dissolve. It’s slightly saltier and very flavorful which is why I prefer slightly slower scoops it makes it perfect for me.
It’s honestly really good and goodness gracious so much freaking cheaper. The salt crystals at the end aren’t that satisfying so when it gets to that last tiny bit left in the cup I honestly just dump it. That or drink it, keep my mouth open, take a swig of water, rinse, and just spit it out like you would mouthwash. Only complaint is the last part of the drink. Besides that I simply just can’t justify spending so much anymore, with how pleasantly surprised I was with the quality and cost saving. If you’re here looking for the best lemon lime sugar free drink money can possibly buy, those crystals may be a dealbreaker, which is why I gave it 4 stars. Still super respectable though! Definitely recommend a bottle like I showed in the pictures, it makes this so much faster than stirring it!
But for my fellow Liquid IV Fein’s, it’s easily 5 stars and will save your pockets hella bank. Thank me later😛
