Clearly one of my favorite books on spirituality since it breaks down each aspect of the process to self-realization.

This book is a must-read for anyone on a journey of self-discovery and spiritual growth. The insights offered in the Yoga Sutras are timeless, and this edition explains them in a way that’s accessible and profound. It’s a deep dive into yogic philosophy, and I’ve found it inspiring and transformative. Highly recommend for anyone looking to deepen their understanding of yoga beyond the physical practice.

This might be the 5th time I read this book, and I could say this I’ve learned a lot about myself and really implemented what was written. If you’re really into learning about yourself, then this is the book!
