This is another gem from DK. The colors, the easy-to-read magazine style, the step-by-step yoga sequences for real world issues… Erin Motz takes a functional approach with this practical guide. One of my favorite features is the “Functional Habits” section, where she showcases how to apply these movement tips to real life, from driving to carrying boxes. This is the perfect gift book or a gorgeous addition to your coffee table, next to your yoga mat, for inspiration. -Ann

Whether you are a devotee of Motz and the BadYogi platform, or just someone looking for a guide to a more functional, comfortable, day to day life, this book is a MUST have!

This book addresses SO MANY of the day to day body discomforts, ache, and pains that plague people of every demographic. The author’s tone is never condescending, but educational and down to earth, in a way that gives you confidence page after page and pose after pose. The stretches are so clearly explained that they can work for anyone from a hardcore athlete to an adult looking to retain their flexibility throughout life.

With beautiful step-by-step photographed poses, clear and easy instructions, and an author that clearly has a passion for their practice, Yoga Fix delivers exactly what is promised to readers.

This book is so amazing to pick up and work on any aches/pains or areas of interest! I’m a year postpartum with my first, and this book has the perfect, quick routines for anything that I find I want to strengthen. Also, the tension headache fix in this book changed my life!!!

I have been following the Bad Yogi universe for over a decade and have always appreciated how accessible Erin makes yoga. When I heard about the book coming out, I was hoping for something that felt practical and easy to follow. This book delivered. Anyone could pick this book up and start—and what a gift to everyone who might otherwise be intimidated. There’s no sense in reading this book that there’s an in group and an out group. Instead, there are clear and down-to-Earth instructions for cultivating a body experience that feels more enjoyable to live in. Well done, much appreciated—check it out 🧘

Simple layout, with step by step instructions for condition specific exercises from a qualified professional at a very reasonable price. I’m going to buy the Kindle Edition as well.
