Great product to have if you taking a bunch of junk food. I use this and I saw my carbs actually turn into gains. I probably should get a better diet, but if you’re someone who struggles with the diet while working out, this is a great purchase

I’ve been taking this on and off for about a year now and definitely notice a difference in my focus at the gym. Been taking this for a bout a month, it works but when your body get used to it and it doesn’t help at all, well that just me. There really no taste to it and the size of the pill aren’t bad. The price could be a little cheaper but so can everything else
