Update: the company did get back to me again to try to make things right. I also washed the extra bolster covers in hot water and a medium dryer. The small one fits almost perfectly. There’s a little bit of extra fabric at the end but it’s not noticeable and doesn’t get in the way of using it. The same with the large bolster, although it was a little more difficult to zip up. I did read the reviews of other issues, but mine came clean, have no odor and feel really nice to lie on and do restorative yoga, the travel cases are wonderful too.
Previous review: I am really enjoying the bolsters I ordered but when I went to change the cover it was way too big. So big as to render it unusable. I reached out to the company and said they were making the covers bigger because customers were having difficult changing the covers. They thanked so they could improve the product in the future. They said nothing about what they can do to fix the problem, even though I wrote back again and asked them about how they will fix it or if it makes sense to wash the extra covers and put them in the dryer. I find this a very disappointing response. They also provided zero instructions on how to get the original cover off in the product materials that came with the holster, not on their website. I learned how to do that on a competitor’a website. I purchased two of their bolsters and both had the same problem.

Love this Bolster. The width is perfect and fully supports the width of your back. I like both covers – you can use one while the h e other is in the wash. Tote bag can be used for other purposes. I recommend this set.

This is perfect. Nice high quality. It’s firm enough but soft. Exactly as desired. Works for its purposes. Doesn’t slide around. Stays out. The extra cover is bigger than the original but I’m pleased with that and love the color. I just put it over the black cover to keep myself from having to constantly get cat hair off it. Handle is nice. Easy to use. It’s just right.

This is a great product. Have only used a few tomes but happy so far. Pillow firmness good, nice cover, love the extra cover and carrying bag. I did not have any problem fitting the nice turquoise cover on.

I was looking for a bolster that offered sturdy support to use with my meditation class and this does that for me. The width is just right for me as well. It came with the black cover on but I prefer the teal so I changed it. And while it looks like you won’t be able to get it to fit back (at least that’s what I thought) you actually can pretty easily as it smushes well and then conforms easily. It’s nice that it comes with the extra cover and carrying bag and it’s all washable just follow the care instructions. The carrying bag did come out of the wash a bit wrinkled but I was able to steam some of them away. I also like the fact that I could use the handle should I choose to carry it that way. For me, I am happy with my purchase and worth the price.
