I starting using this once or twice a day for about 7-10 days. I started spotting at that point and immediately knew something was off because I never spot. I realized this pill is the only new thing I started doing so I decided to look it up. The description here doesn’t say anything, but sure enough the full website has a warning that it may interfere with oral contraceptives. I immediately threw mine out because a little bloating is better than the alternative for me in my life at this current moment. Hopefully I caught it in time, but let this be a warning to anyone else taking these who relies on birth control pills.
For those of you who are looking for a review for the product itself, I found that it was good, but honestly I noticed more that it acted almost like a laxative and less like a debloater. Just my personal experience but I knew I couldn’t take it if I was going to be somewhere without easy access to a bathroom

They work great BUT, I took away a star because I don’t like them being red. Dye has to be added to achieve this color and there are several studies showing red dye is not good for our bodies.
