I have been religiously using cerave facial wash and SA was for a very long time. Worked fine but not really eliminating the cause. This by far is the most effective facial wash to tackle my hormonal/PCOS acne. It has dried my pimples after only 2 washes and 4 days into using it, I haven’t gotten new zits so far! I’ve decided to start with the 4% only since my skin is on the sensitive side. I might go ahead with 10% after this tube. I did a patch test before using it for the first time and I’m glad I didnt get any reaction. It’s important to let it sit for 1-2mins for best results and make sure to use white towels because it can bleach your garments.

Oh my goshhhh. The best and effective face wash I have ever used! My skin has never looked this good. I struggled with hyperpigmentation for as long as I can remember and could never get rid of it. I used panoxyl for a month and already see a change in my face. No burning has happened and my skin feels so much more softer. Definitely worth the value.

Tried SO MANY products before this brand. Getting into dermatologist takes forever. While we waited for an appointment my nephew had one and this is what they recommend and it’s over the counter. Started my daughter on this while we waited and ended up canceling because this brand WORKS! We use the 3 step system so that’s what I recommend.

It’s unfortunate, but for most of my life my armpits would quickly start to smell like they had cumin dumped on them, even though I use very high-strength antiperspirant. I read that getting Benzoyl Peroxide cleaner can help with that. I first got 10% cream that I used in the shower (lather on, leave for a minute, and wash off). After using it 2 days in a row, the improvement was great! I only had to use it about once every 2 weeks to keep things going well. But after a few uses I started to develop a rash. I switched to this 4% cream after that because it’s not as strong. It isn’t quite as effective; I typically use it 2 days in a row every week. But I no longer get any irritation from it, so I’m happy to use it regularly. I honestly wish I’d learned about this decades ago. I plan to try switching to a much weaker antiperspirant soon now that I don’t get the overwhelming terrible smell that I used to have.
Milk Cremes –
I am about a month in to using this. I am not certain that it has helped my acne but I will continue to use as it has not dried out my skin or had any irritation. There is not very much scent and using this product on areas other than your face was suggested to me to help really clean the skin to ensure that bacteria doesn’t build up anywhere else. I use a little on a buff mixed with my go-to body wash for it’s smell.

Works at drying out your pimples but it’s not suitable for sensitive skin. This dried my face out. I used it on my underarms too since it gets rid of odor but it also made my underarms dry and itchy.

I used this for about a month before I had to stop because I started skin medication, but it definitely helped reduce inflammation and severity of whiteheads. It gives a really thorough cleanse and doesn’t really have a scent or leave the skin feeling dry.
