Bought these for at home yoga and they work well. Good quality… other reviews mentioned a “smell” which i did not experience. Good blocks for the price.

I am a normal sized person (5’5″), yet have always struggled to feel comfy in chairs. I remembered my yoga block and moved it so I could rest my feet on it. That was the first time I sat correctly in a chair. I can’t really explain the difference, but upon reflection, my feet didn’t quite reach, so I sort of slouched back to keep my feet on the floor. Now, I put them on the yoga block, and no more slouching. Due to the different dimensions, you can rotate it around to whatever works best for you. For me, the 4″ side was all I needed. I ordered this pack so I don’t have to move my block with me when I change rooms. If you have shorter legs, this is well worth trying.
