    Works for what i need but they dont hold together. I ended up using a string 2 sided tape to keep them together. Might have grip texture but being made from a type of Styrofoam its still slippery delending on shoes you wear while using

    I bought this because the wedges can be stacked to make a block. I use the wedges for calf stretches and the block for a hip lift exercise recommended by my physical therapist. They fit together nicely and seem sturdy even though they are lightweight. The lightweight material is nice so it doesn’t hurt if you hit one with your toe. Great product for a reasonable price.

    Great purchase. This was the item i didnt know i needed until i looked at videos about it. After the purchase i saw great improvements in my workouts from deeper squats, better leg lunges and overall better stretching for the lower body. It is also great for my decline push ups. I will definitely recommend the Zoco Squat to anyone 👍🏾

    I bought these to help with my knee pain and I have definitely have seen some improvement. My husband loves them as well. When I have sciatica pain I like to stack them and do single leg exercises.

    Incline is a little smaller than I would have liked for the half wedges but theyre incredibly lightweight and sturdy! Been using them for about 3 weeks and I’m really enjoying them
