This doesn’t have me going to the bathroom, didn’t regulate anything except how much water I tried to drink afterwards to get the nasty taste out of my mouth. Tried to mix it in a smoothie to mask the flavor, that didn’t work. And man let me tell you that taste stays in your mouth all morning I swear. This stuff is a gimmick, straight joke. We really buy whatever social media tells us to huh. (Slaps forehead)

Need a zero star, Hard as a rock, hard to get out of the container, would not purchase again, tried getting answers if this is normal and it sound like it is, so not worth my money and unfortunately it’s not returnable. See pic the rest is a sold chuck and won’t come out of the container. It was suggested to me to use a pestal to break it up, not thank you! it shouldn’t be that way, is it even safe to consume if I could ?

This doesn’t do anything more than Benifiber does . This cost way more than other fiber products. And you only get about a half of container which is about a half a cup. I would not recommend buying this product. Way too expensive for what little you get and you get the same results with other cheaper stuff.

Product came and when opened look like a small can of Pringles. The powder was not powder, but instead a solid brick. It looks like it was used and then sent out.

When I first tried this prebiotic I was skeptical, trying this product out for two weeks straight I noticed less bloating and frequent trips to the bathroom if you know what I mean. (Which means good stuff!!) This product definitely does the job with less bloating and property usage of the bathroom hehe.. I would use this product everyday because I notice a real difference in my everyday routine. The taste of this product is real and organic. You can really tell it has natural ingredients and I love that about this. My key tips are to run it through hot water to fully stir the mixture appropriately and I use a frother to help me on this. I add in cold water after it is stirred fully and enjoy with my boiled eggs. I wish that this product was full to the top of the rim. But overall, I would recommend. This product is drinkable and showed a difference in my lifestyle.

This product is supposed to be a powder. It was so old that the powder has turned into a hardened, cement like substance that is unusable. And worse, AMAZON will not refund my money!!! Total rip-off. I won’t be buying vitamins from Amazon any longer!
