Really lightweight. Works good as a pillow and basic cushioning for some yoga poses.

These blocks are a good price for two, they are firm but not as firm as Manduka blocks which makes sense because of price and they work great but when I do exercises on there with my knee on it, like bird dogs I can feel myself sinking. It’s not firm enough to hold shape. For reference I weigh 120lbs.

These are great yoga blocks. My husband used 1 of my old ones to support a bed that kept sagging, ð so he had to replace it for me! These are just a sturdy as the old ones. I got the mint green.
