These are the best electrolytes I’ve been able to find. The flavors are great—my personal favorites are the lemonade, cherry pomegranate, passionfruit and raspberry (though I haven’t tried all of them yet). While many of the flavors are good, the lemonade is the only one that I can have consistently every day and not get tired of the flavor. It’s very refreshing and not at all salty like LMNT or liquid IV. I take this daily (sometimes 2-3x daily) and I feel like it gives me a little boost of energy in the morning. I definitely do feel a difference since taking these daily and I feel much less dehydrated, especially after a night of drinking.

The price rose over $8 since I last bought it a month before. As I had subscripted at this cost, I was not at all happy. But overall, this is my daily drink and I love the passionfruit flavor more than any of them. Blue Raspberry is great and the orange as well. Quality is great, very smooth going down and not overly sweet if you only use a small amount, not the full scoop that is included. I love that is zero sugar or carbs, which is healthy.

I hate water but obviously need to drink it. I’ve tried MANY flavored supplements and this is by far the Best.
Overall it’s a good value as compared to other brands and products. The quality ingredients also have health benefits which is obviously a benefit. The flavor makes the drinkability easy and I now drink in excess of 100 ounces a day!

I’ll admit it took some getting used to at first. As someone used to Gatorade, Stur or Propel instant powders, you forget what good electrolyte drinks can be. I tasted it dry on my finger and was put off by the after taste, and resigned myself to keeping it and drinking it anyway (too lazy to return stuff) Turns out the key is to letting it ‘mellow’ in your water after a few minutes; despite it being a fine powder with no clump, still needed time to integrate if that makes sense.
I know refreshing is overused, but it was. I have a 64oz steel “tankard” and I use roughly what I could guess 2 teaspoons in cold water. At that rate it lasted me about a month preparing a batch every other day. Despite it being tasty, you really don’t have to grasp for hydration often because it does what it came to do therefore you don’t have to use it often.
Anyway I got pomegranate it being the only one at a reduced price, and I’m biased but it’s the best one– perfect balance of tart and sweet, smooth going down with no acidity like other brands can have.
Overall no disappointment, except the price. It is worth it if you have the money.

Summary
This has become my go-to for staying hydrated. The watermelon flavor is hands down my favorite, super refreshing without that fake aftertaste some mixes have. I tend to always think that these flavors are too strong, but you can dilute it to your liking. No sugar, no nonsense. The price feels fair for how much you get, and if you go for the bigger size, it’s an even better deal. Definitely worth it.

Love this flavor electrolyte powder! I’ve used both the single servings and tube version of the Ultimate electrolyte powders. The lemonade flavor is subtle and not overly sweet like so many of the ones i’ve tried. It takes a bit extra mixing to get all the clumps, so I usually put it in my water bottle and just shake it up.Getting the large tub version is a lot more work economical than the singles (which I do still keep on hand if i’m traveling and want to take them on the go for later) Doesn’t contain any caffeine and the strength and quality of the ingredients seem great!
