    Makes learning handstands much easier.

Takes up less space. Furniture piece with exercise all in one is a plus!!! It’s not huge and too heavy.

When I bought this, I was hoping for something that could help me get core strength in a low impact way and help me decompress my spine. I have fibromyalgia, so I have poor exercise tolerance. This thing is SO forgiving of that. After using this for a few months, I can actually get inverted without having to use a wall to walk myself up. It’s absolutely amazing. It also gives me extra physical challenge without having to further fatigue my legs, which is GREAT because I’m on my feet all day at work. I rated pain relief 3* because this isn’t an instant fix, but the strength regular use grants does help in the long run. I’ve experienced moderate improvement in the length and intensity of my flare ups since starting to use this, but it’s not like the fibro just goes away.

The one drawback is that it’s not all that great on hardwood floors, at least not for me as a beginner. It supports my weight flawlessly (I was 260 lbs when I started using this). It just isn’t quite non-slip. Put it on carpet/a non-slippery surface and you’ll be fine.

    Get this and invert away!

I bought this to aid with my headstands as I don’t like laying on my head for too long. This allows me to stay in headstand longer without fear of hurting my cervical spine. Assembly is required and some of the wooden screws were not the best size, but I managed to make it fit and work.

Great for upper neck pain! It’s super fun and easy to use. It even comes with a poster so you can see different types of postures you can do!

I bought this to work on arm and core strength and this bench does not disappoint. No wobbles. Solid construction and simple to assemble. I discovered that it is also very useful in helping develop the depth of back bends if you have something immobile to put your anchor yourself to. I had some reservations about using this that it might flip over or scoot, but it does not. I have hardwood floors and this thing did not move at all.

I use to be a martial artist and a bodybuilder for most of my twenties. (Early 30’s now.) I’ve been chronically ill the last 3-4 years with a lot of health problems and haven’t been able to get back to working out. I wanted to find something to help get me active again, allow me to progress and challenge my exercises, and that would help with my back pain. I have a really bad back that actively flares more than not. I have never been able to even do a cartwheel, and in my teenage years I actually injured my shoulder trying to do traditional hand stands. The thought of being upside down is uncomfortable but I wanted to give this a try anyway. I’m SO glad I did! I debated between the FeetUp! Version and this one for a few months. I really love that the FeetUp is eco-friendly and that they pay their employees a liveable wage…but I couldn’t justify paying double the price for the same thing when I am not getting paid a liveable wage myself lol. Honestly, this product is the same and constructed just as well. I wouldn’t pay more than the $90 I spent on it, but it was well worth it. I have only had it a week and have seen a benefit, but more so in ways I wasn’t expecting rather than for the intended purpose of back pain relief.

First, let me just say this was pretty easy to put together myself. The directions were subpar but it doesn’t take an engineer to figure it out. It’s SOLID. Granted, I’m only about 120 lbs but when I have felt unsteady and bent too far backwards I have not tipped. I would recommend started up against a door or wall until you get use to the movement of going up and build your stability. I could perform a headstand immediately but it took me a day or two before I really started getting comfortable.

It has helped my back pain some. But what I really noticed most is my lung capacity, neck and shoulders. Initially, I thought the pressure was too much and would end up causing shoulder or neck problems. On the contrary, once I was right side up and walking around they actually felt BETTER. I didn’t realize my neck and shoulders were in bad shape because I notice my back pain more so. In turn, relieving this pressure off my shoulder and neck I think contributes to my back relief. I’m still battling back pain, but its only been a week and it is improving. Also, holy cow I feel like I can breathe! I have a habit of holding my breath or not taking adequate breaths. For some reason, being upside down allows my lungs to expand and I notice it the rest of the day. Again, didn’t realize how little I was breathing properly until I started doing this. Finally, I’ve noticed it’s helped my digestive track. I have horrid stomach issues and am ALWAYS nauseous. Again, for some reason being upside down relieves the force of gravity on my digestive system and it reduces my nausea and acid reflux.

I am up to using this thing for 20 minutes to an hour at a time if I have that much time in one block. I can already tell I’m building a lot of core and arm strength. If I keep this up, my arms are going to be stacked and my abs ripped. I love how they included the extra cushion even if I don’t use it all the time. It also came with some resistance bands and a large poster of exercises you can do with this inversion stool.

Overall, this so far was one of the best purchases I have ever made. I was super skeptical of all the good reviews, because usually that’s a sign to me that they are paid and not genuine reviews. But, I can attest that they are true. I personally had no issues with the construction of mine. All the holes lined up perfectly and it was constructed very well.

I highly recommend! I’ll post an update in the future of my health journey with this.

i love my inversion chair so much. it’s durable and safe, and doesn’t move around while i’m on it. it’s about the width of a toilet i would say and storing it is no problem really! the cushions are nice on the side, and it came with a cool pose handbook so i can try new poses out.
